Alternative Flooring x Tom Raffield
- The Alternative Flooring Company Ltd is the promoter of this giveaway, with Tom Raffield participating as a collaborating brand supplying part of the prize.
- The prize includes one Alternative Flooring Echo CoRE Cleaves bespoke rug or runner in a size chosen by the winner up to a maximum of 4m x 4m & one Tom Raffield Large Skipper Pendant Light in Oak (RRP £595). The rug will be fulfilled by Alternative Flooring and the light will be fulfilled by Tom Raffield.
- This prize draw is open to everyone aged 18 or over, excluding employees of The Alternative Flooring Company Ltd, Tom Raffield Ltd, their immediate families, their agents or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion.
- Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
- Sorry, no cash alternative will be offered and the prize is non-transferable.
- Entry is limited to one per person.
- Entries will only be accepted via the official Instagram accounts @alternativeflooring and @tomraffield. We will never ask for payment or bank details.
- The closing date is 5/12/2025. The prize draw will take place within 7 working days of the closing date, under independent supervision and the winner will be drawn at random.
- The competition winner will be notified either by Instagram DM within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw. If the Promoter is not able to get in contact with the winner within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be drawn. It is the winner's responsibility to notify the Promoter of any change in contact information.
- The winners details will be shared with Tom Raffield Ltd solely for the purpose of prize fulfilment and will not be used for marketing unless consent is provided.
- Entry is exclusively via Instagram but is not endorsed, sponsored, administered or associated with Meta.
- The winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or prize draw.
- The prize is subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to change the prize to an alternative of similar value without notice if circumstances beyond their control require it to do so.
- The Promoter reserves the right to reject fraudulent entries.
- Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical problems.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered on the Alternative or Tom Raffield instagram accounts during entry into the promotion.
- The Alternative Flooring Company Ltd and Tom Raffield Ltd will not be liable for loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters arising from this promotion.
- The winners may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from the main prize draw. No compensation shall be awarded for such participation.
- The winners' names and county will be posted on social media and will also be available after the closing date by sending an SAE to: The Alternative Flooring Company Ltd, 4 Stephenson Close, East Portway, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 3RU..
- The entry instructions form part of the Terms & Conditions. By entering, entrants agree to accept and be bound by the Terms & Conditions. Entrants must read and accept the competition Terms & Conditions to be eligible.
- By entering the competition, you are agreeing to send your details to The Alternative Flooring Company Ltd and Tom Raffield Ltd, and your details may be used by them for direct marketing purposes. Unless you have provided consent, the Promoters will not provide your details to any third parties. You may unsubscribe at any time from the Promoters' direct marketing by contacting the relevant company by e-mail, telephone, post or by using unsubscribe links within their e-mails.
- English law applies and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
- The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
